Long time ago I made a major discovery about our universe. I found that everything with a lifecycle, including our universe, planet, humans, animals, plants, viruses, etcetera, and life itself, follows the same basic fundamental principles. This discovery led to the creation of a universal model, which I named the Organisation Essential Model™© or O.E.M. for short.

The first 33%;

The second 33%;
Take a moment to reflect on yourself and identify the skills and qualities you possess. The skills and qualities you excel in can significantly contribute to achieving positive results. Focus on those that interest you and have the potential for growth.
If you are confident in these aspects, there’s a 66% chance that you will succeed in your goals and aspirations.
The third and final 33%;
This final section will be a bit more challenging. The last 33% consists of the essential elements needed to bring your idea, project, new business, or newly formed team to fruition. These elements are crucial for realizing your aspirations, addressing client questions or wishes, and achieving the goals of your team. This last 33% represents your unique contributions, which, when combined with the 66% that includes the talents, skills, and characteristics of others or partners, can lead to significant growth potential.
In essence, the last 33% represents your “cab” or your inherent limitations, which are complemented and supplemented by the 66% of others.

The final 1%;
The final 1% is luck. However, this luck is often influenced and shaped by your beliefs, as well as the beliefs and conviction of your supportive team or business partners. It’s also about the faith that your newly formed team has in your idea, project, new business, product, or service.
These principles above also apply to organizations. An organization resembles a human, possessing skills, qualities, talents, and competencies derived from the individuals working “inside the organization” at a micro, meso, or macro level.
Inventing your future in 10 hours
New insights for the customer guaranteed!
Step 1: Intake
The first meeting with all key essential people within the organization, like the CEO, the service manager, the product manager, etcetera, individual or in a group meeting.
Step 2: familiarization
Effective communication is essential, so I familiarize myself with an organization and its products, services, wishes, problems, etcetera.
Step 3: Brewing and presentation
As an organizational empath, I need to take a tour to absorb the organization’s energy and ask questions. To keep pace, the customer must document Steps 1 to 3, including technical details I come up with during this process.
Step 4: solutions and inventions
If the consultation leads to a patent application, I am entitled to ten percent of the patent revenue or a buyout. The customer will own the patent.
Step 5: implemtation support
If needed, I can manage the process from intake to project completion, including testing and implementation. This fee is 25% of the starting fee base rate per hour. Travel and accommodation expenses are not included.
Step 6: Starting fee first 10 hours
My quickest invention was completed in 60 seconds, and I provided all technical details within one hour. Please note that the starting fee is non-negotiable. Even if the successful consultation lasts less than an hour, I will still charge a minimum fee-equivalent to ten hours. This policy is in place to prevent customers from disproportionately benefiting from a brief successful consultation, including the ideas, solutions, or inventions discussed.
